Tuition Installment Plan
e-Cashier
To help you meet your educational expenses, PHCC is pleased to provide the Tuition Installment Plan or TIP. TIP is available to all degree-seeking PHCC students enrolled in credit courses and allows you to pay your tuition in installments. The earlier you enroll, the more payment options you have. Check the enrollment calendar for dates and payment options. Students who choose to use TIP may select installment plans that are spread over several months, depending on the semester. Enrollment in TIP is provided online by using FACTS e-Cashier. After enrollment, you may use the MyFACTS account link to access your account online.

Payment methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)

Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
Cost to participate
- $30 or $35 enrollment fee per semester depending on the number of payments (ACH and credit card)
- $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
- $25 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Availability
Availability of e-Cashier is determined by the college. Please be aware that the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration.
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through MyFACTS or call the financial services office at 727-816-3481 to confirm the change.
