The school year is fully underway and you're probably well into establishing your fall routine by now... but is your routine a healthy one?
If you're not 100 percent certain about your answer... we'd like to introduce you to Student Health 101, the online health and wellness magazine just for PHCC students.
Sports and recreation Hey! Who says college is all work and no play?

Participants that are interested in playing an intramural sport, but do not have a full team can register as a free agent. There are a number of different ways that you can keep yourself in the game!

This is an official PHCC ShoutOUT to all athletes, sports enthusiasts, student leaders, social butterflies and people who want to have fun!

The 2011-2012 PHCC intramural schedule is set, and now all we need is you!

Join a few intramural teams and get ready for a great time while you
