Our automated notification system, QuistaAlert, helps PHCC provide a safer environment, enhance emergency preparedness and keep our students and staff better informed. QuistaAlert, allows us to send time-sensitive emergency and other important notifications via voice messages, emails, and text messages.
In order to receive notifications from QuistaAlert, you must personalize your contact information by logging in to myPHCC.
If you wish to opt-out or adjust your delivery options, you should also login to myPHCC and enter the QuistaAlert section.
QuistaAlert can deliver a message to up to six phone numbers, two email addresses, and one text message per enrollee. Please take a moment to update your phone numbers and email addresses online by logging in to myPHCC and clicking on the QuistaAlert button. Emergency messages (weather emergencies, campus closings, etc.) will be sent to your phone, SMS (if enabled) and email. Other important messages about College registration deadlines will be sent to email addresses only.
If you are a student, and need to update your email address in QuistaAlert, or if you do not know the email address you entered in the student system, update it in WISE then wait one day to use the new email address in QuistaAlert. (QuistaAlert requires an overnight refresh to sync with WISE.)
