Fact books
The Pasco-Hernando Community College Fact Book serves as a statistical reference for historical information about the college’s students, personnel, and budget. Publication of the electronic fact book began with the 2001-2002 fiscal year. Please contact the office of institutional research and assessment if you would like access to fact books not published electronically.

Mission statement
The office of institutional research and assessment (OIRA) collects, analyzes, and disseminates internal and external data/information to assist the College in making informed decisions that improve institutional performance and accountability.
Our primary goals are:
- To provide collegewide assistance with long-range and strategic planning processes and the college’s preparation for the reaffirmation of SACS accreditation
- To develop, collect, analyze, and disseminate information descriptive of the College in order to assist in planning, assessment, decision making, accountability, and policy formation efforts.
- To facilitate the preparation and submission of grant proposals that increase external funding to assist PHCC in meeting its mission and goals.
