Financial aid advisement The financial aid office provides information and counseling about federal, state, and institutional aid programs, and local scholarships. Over sixty percent PHCC students receive some form of financial aid each year. We are committed to helping make education as accessible to you as possible. Please contact one of our campus financial aid offices when you need assistance or have any questions.
