FACTS - Florida Academic Counseling and Tracking for Students

FACTS.org is your online gateway for college information in Florida.

Future students

You may apply to PHCC online at the FACTS.org website. After linking to the FACTS.org site, just click on the "Admissions" link, create your login codes and select Pasco-Hernando Community College as the college of your choice.

You may print and mail in your PHCC application, or an application can also be obtained from the Admissions and Student Records office on any PHCC campus.

It is recommended that you review the PHCC admission process before submitting your application.

Current students

PHCC student You can review PHCC’s program requirements at the FACTS.org website. You can also get your current grades, review your unofficial transcript and run a degree audit that matches your completed courses with program requirements.

To access your confidential record, enter your Student ID, which is your Social Security number, and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your default PIN is four digits: your day of birth (between 01 and 31) and the last two digits of your birth year (DDYY). For example, if you were born January 5, 1950 your PIN is 0550. If you were born May 31, 1972, your PIN is 3172. If you have accessed WISE, the PHCC web registration system previously, use the PIN you created at that time. For your privacy, we encourage you to access WISE, the PHCC web registration system to change your PIN.

If you are having problems with your PIN, you will need to go in person to the student development office at one of PHCC’s three main campuses. You will need to show identification in order to have your PIN reset to the default setting or to obtain the current PIN. Please contact the information center at 727-816-3371 or via e-mail to admissions at phcc dot edu for further information.

If you are experiencing other, non-PIN related, technical problems with the FACTS website, contact the support portal.

FACTS logon, student ID and PIN support

To access your confidential record, enter your student ID, which is your Social Security number, and your personal identification number (PIN). Your default PIN is four digits: your day of birth (between 01 and 31) and the last two digits of your birth year (DDYY). Example: if you were born January 5, 1950 your PIN is 0550. If you were born May 31, 1972, your PIN is 3172. PINs are automatically generated for new students as well as students who are re-applying.
If you have accessed WISE, the PHCC online registration system, use the PIN you created at that time. For your privacy, we encourage you to access WISE to change your PIN.
To reset your PIN back to the default PIN, please contact the Records Office at 727-816-3371 or e-mail admissions at phcc dot edu. You will need to come in person to PHCC and show identification in order to reset your PIN.
To change your PIN, sign-on to WISE and select Change PIN on the option menu.
